Who we are

JLT Consultants LLC, previously known as JMorgan LLC, was established in 2018 as an Idaho based DBE Inspection firm. Elizabeth Brown, PE, joined the ownership, leading to our rebranding as JLT Consultants and expanding into a professional engineering services company. JLT Consultants provides geotechnical engineering, construction management, and quality management services for infrastructure projects throughout the Northwest. The principal members of JLT Consultants have decades of experience working throughout the Northwest. We are woman owned and DBE certified by the DOT’s in Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.
